New to yoga? This breath and alignment based class is designed to introduce you to and build on the fundamentals of hatha yoga. We focus on mindfulness and alignment as a means to build strength, balance and flexibility.

This class is a great fit for the beginner who wants to build confidence and solidify their self-awareness before broadening their practice to include the more quickly flowing vinyasa styles.

If you have a mat, please bring it and a blanket (if desired)
