COTW meetings will he held once per month, and not be held on a date which is a
statutory holiday. Note: the COTW meetings are not mandated, and both topics and
scheduling are subject to change. Council has proposed topics be assigned to
meetings for three months in advance, and on a quarterly basis going forward. The
proposed schedule of COTW meetings are as follows:
February 6th
March 6th
April 3rd
May 1st
June 5th
July 3rd
August 8th (BC Day, August 7th)
September 5th (Labour Day, September 4th)
October 2nd
November 6th h
December 4th
Meetings are open to the public and are held in the Council Chambers located in the
Multi-Purpose Building at 36 Cedar Ave West, Port Clements, BC at 7:00 PM.
Notice will be given separately for the meeting topics and given on a quarterly
basis.
Please contact the Village Office Monday through Thursday 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM
and Friday 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM for updates or changes to scheduled meetings.
Notices for any changes to scheduled meetings will be located on the public posting
location and on the municipal website (www.portclements.ca).
