This is an opportunity to learn more about proportional representation and the upcoming referendum. David Merner is a member of Fair Vote Canada’s Victoria chapter. Fair Vote chapters across BC are actively involved in British Columbia’s referendum campaign on proportional representation scheduled for October and November of this year.
Please note that this is at the PUBLIC LIBRARY, not at the library in the high school.
