This 1 day workshop provides a safe space for folks to authentically share about the grief and loss they are navigating. The depth of grief and loss in our communities is an impact of the attempted and ongoing colonial genocide of our people. Together, we will explore how we can utilize Haida Ceremony, land-based culturally rooted practices and our breath and bodies as forms of wellness and healing.
