Iyengar Yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on alignment and includes the use of props. This class is suitable for everyone. Jenn will provide adaptations so that each student’s realities (age, health, yoga history, nature) will be respected. Props are provided.
Round 1: Jan 12 – Feb 9, 2026; $90 adults / $50 youth; Mondays
Round 2: March 9 – April 27; $126 adults / $70 youth; Mondays
