Free support for families and friends – together we are building spaces where we can connect with people with similar experiences, where our stories have a platform and stigma has no place.
Join us for monthly guided sessions designed to help folks increase their confidence and capacity when called upon to support a person with a mental illness and/or or a history of addition.
Beverages and a bite included.
