Restorative yoga is the gentlest form of yoga. With the use of props like bolsters and blankets, we create a gentle nest for the body to find complete rest. A great place for people new to yoga, who want to find ways to counter stress, or who are recovering from illness or injury. Register online for the 6 week program or drop in.
