These magical 2 hour sessions will leave you feeling deeply nourished on many levels. Starting in January 2025 we bring in rejuvenating energies through guided visualization, movements and deep relaxation.
The first hour brings mental and physical relaxation through gentle movement, guided breath and sound work.
The second hour you receive deep restorative relaxation through guided visualization and soothing sounds of a large Tibetan singing bowl, chimes, song, rattles and/or drum
While deeply relaxing on the mat.
We finish with grounding through nourishing tea and treats before returning to daily life
