At 10 a.m. Sylvia Helmer will present Fall Prevention, a free one hour event. At 1 p.m. she will present another free one hour workshop called Safety In The Home.
Anyone who would like to learn about possible risks that can be eliminated should attend. This event is for anyone interested in these two topics.
Between the two workshops we will host a brown bag lunch where you bring your own lunch and socialize. There will be coffee and tea available.
