The Sandspit Wild Harvest Festival, created in 2015, is a local, grassroots Festival focused on the sharing of knowledge about the harvesting and varied uses of all things wild. This year, all events for the festival are cancelled except for the dinner at Willow’s golf course. Chef Giulio Piccioli from the Gather Restaurant in Daajing Giids, has agreed to offer a dinner at the Sandspit’s Willows Golf Course Clubhouse this year. We are grateful to him and the Golf Course to agree to offer a similar dinner event to the one that we hosted last year (sept 2021).
More details will be shared about the dinner later in the summer, as we get closer to the date.
