Yin Yoga is the practice of stillness; stillness of body, mind and breath. A practice that is accessible to all levels, from beginner to advanced. Yin postures are generally held for 3 -5 minutes which enables the fascia, or connective tissue encompassing muscles of the body, to a passive but deep release. This class is fused with hatha and restorative practices to add elements of strength and relaxation.
