Hatha Yoga refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. Through mindful movement of the body you cultivate strength, stability and flexibility.

Open your body through active and mindful physical movement to cultivate the quiet mind and connect with your inner stillness. Find your edge to refine your practice, stabilize and strengthen your body while releasing tension. These classes are not intended for the beginner practitioner as the intensity of the class expects awareness and familiarity of Hatha postures. Limited class size enables personalized instruction while progressing towards a strong intermediate practice.
